    2004

    Edwards and Towers is Founded

    The Palm Jumeirah Island is handed over and Edwards & Towers is incorporated in Dubai, championing the British real estate agency model with RICS certification specialising in sales, leasing and property management with a specialism on the Palm.

  • 2007

    Dubai Real Estate Booms

    E&T grows to become the largest agency on the Palm Jumeirah with over 300 managed units and a growing short term rental business offering tourists accessible accommodation on the luxury island. E&T hits record sales volumes in Q1 2008.

    2014

    Expansion

    By 2014, E&T has expanded to cover all prime residential areas in Dubai including Dubai Marina and Downtown.  E&T receives industry recognition, being awarded Dubai’s Best Brokerage Service by propertyfinder.ae & Best Real Estate Consultant by the Arabian Property Awards.

  • 2015

    Vacation Rental Industry Established

    Under the new legislative framework set in place by Dubai Tourism, the short term rental business grows with a diverse supply of  property across Dubai’s leading residential destinations. E&T expands it’s footprint into Abu Dhabi, and is named by Forbes as the top real estate consultant in the Middle East region.

  • 2017

    Kennedy Towers becomes Largest UAE Operator

    E&T becomes Dubai’s largest short term rental operator with four offices and over 100 employees in the UAE. The short term rental business is rebranded ‘Kennedy Towers’ to distinguish the brand as a hospitality company with a strong real estate foundation

  • 2018

    International Expansion

    Kennedy Towers becomes the first UAE vacation rental operator to expand internationally, opening it's office in Marbella Spain in the summer of 2018. Kennedy Towers differentiates itself in the market through it's focus on stringent quality control and exceptional service, taking the high accommodation standards of Dubai into the European market.
